MIKE FRANCIS
Mike Francis, born Francesco Puccioni, was an Italian singer and songwriter known for his smooth blend of jazz, pop, and soft rock. He rose to fame in the 1980s with hits like "Survivor," "Friends" (with Amii Stewart), and "Let Me In." His mellow, romantic style earned him a loyal following, and he continued to influence the Italian music scene throughout his career.
I had the privilege of being Mike's' musical director and arranger during his performances in the Philippines a couple of times. Over the years, we became great friends, bonding over our love for music, and sharing experiences, while enjoying a couple of glasses of wine. It was a truly special friendship that I’ll always cherish.
