PHIL PERRY

Phil Perry is an American R&B singer renowned for his smooth, soulful voice. He rose to prominence in the 1980s with hits like “Call Me” and “If You Don’t Know Me By Now.” Before his successful solo career, Perry honed his craft as a talented background vocalist, working with legendary artists such as Chaka Khan and Patti LaBelle.

I was fortunate to work with Phil during a concert at the Araneta Coliseum in the early 2000s. As the Musical Director, I had the opportunity to arrange the music for his performance. Perry is an incredible singer with a captivating stage presence. Working with him was an unforgettable experience.
